The original European settlers/immigrants in this land, later known as the United States of America, came to escape persecution. They convinced the early framers of the federal constitution that they should be left free to decide their relationship with the Divine Providence.

The other day I finished my final chores for the fall season. I made sure it was done before it got too cold for any more yard work.

I am fond of using Spanish/Mexican phrases like “Vamos a ver …” It means, “Let’s go and we will see …” Casting modesty aside, some people call me the Filipino wordsmith who has coined so many acronyms.
