A “Boldest Biden” Can Be Unconventionally More Effective in 2024 and Beyond

Part XXXI of the “Geopolitics” Series

When this column shared Part XXX of this series in numerous Facebook Groups and Pages, it used this Intro Note: QUOTE. Yes, the President once again acts as the “Joe Biden of Old” when he told the Israeli Prime Minister in private and then publicly that Israel must stop indiscriminate bombings of Palestinian civilians and their neighborhoods. He reminded also Mr. Netanyahu to observe the international norms of conduct in warfare. And more importantly, Mr. Biden insists that Israel must now accept a two-state solution for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Yes, the same “Joe Biden of Old” that brought home all the U.S. troops in Afghanistan, a feat that his immediate younger predecessors could not do.

Yes, President Biden, the American public and the world at large salute your bold and courageous decisions in the Israeli, Afghanistan and even in the Ukrainian fronts. UNQUOTE.

On January 1, 2023, this column predicted that The New Year Marks the ‘Bold Biden’ Becoming ‘The Bolder Biden’ at this link,

The said article ended with these two paragraphs: “Why does this column think the POTUS has become The Bolder Biden? Because it appears that President Biden is proving more boldly to the Republicans (and the American people, especially the voters) that the Biden Family is not beholden to the PRC and the state-controlled Corporate China. Despite the Republicans’ accusations that Hunter Biden, the First Son, allegedly obtained millions of greenbacks from Chinese corporations in business deals aimed at getting influence from Mr. Biden, who was just then the Vice President.

“On second thought, perhaps the Republicans may remark that (President) Bolder Biden is simply throwing fireworks to welcome the New Year, knowing that firecrackers originated in China. And the Chinese (Lunar) New Year festivities start this January 22. Right?”

This column now makes a bolder (pun intended), if not a fearless, forecast that the POTUS will become “THE Boldest Biden” in 2024 and hopefully in his second term from 2025 to 2029. Why?

It is not “Why? but “Why not?” starting New Year’s Day of 2024. How? Especially if reelected, Mr. Biden does not have to be acting diplomatically or even nicely in dealing with American cartels like the pharmaceutical firms and oil companies. The POTUS may then ask the Justice Department to work with State Attorneys General in filing price-gouging criminal charges against the cartels’ senior executives and their enablers. Cartel-priced energy supplies are the main cause of artificially-induced inflation.

‘A fresh mandate from American voters, especially from independents, the so-called “Lincoln Republicans” and suburban women and the youth, can give a second term for POTUS Biden more time and support to undertake “B2B” projects. ‘

A second term will enable the “Boldest Biden” to implement what this column suggested in late 2020 to then President-elect Biden a “Back-to-Basics (B2B) Doctrine.” Readers may just type in “B2B” in the Philippine Daily Mirror’s Search Box to read again the series of articles that explained what the doctrine is all about.

A fresh mandate from American voters, especially from independents, the so-called “Lincoln Republicans” and suburban women and the youth, can give a second term for POTUS Biden more time and support to undertake “B2B” projects. Like what this column suggested: the harnessing of Mississippi River and cleaning and pumping its waters to replenish America’s drying aquifers and artificial lakes. And turn make American deserts, including those that it shares with Mexico, a lot greener. Of course, watershed areas of American rivers will need massive reforestation as mandatory downstream initiative.

There is no doubt that a “Boldest Biden” will become unconventionally more effective in 2024 and beyond.

This column has also discussed other projects that could easily be implemented like the Biden’s Cancer Moonshot and the “Medical-Center Moonshot,” patterned after the first American foreign-based medical center in the City of Manila, Philippines, in the early 1900s.

This journalist and his publisher can turn into books “The Straphanger” column articles about the projects that we suggested for President Biden. All of the projects can easily be launched, especially if the Biden White House will ask the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to assist the suggested “Public-Private Partnerships” (PPP) that will launch them using the principles of “Cooperative Economics.” The army engineers can polish, and improve, even the projects’ feasibility studies.

Finally, the political opponents of President Biden cannot derail the suggested projects by the people, for the people and of the people and their cooperatives. The GOP’s can only do the congressional version of the IED. Yes, the “Impeachment Explosive Device” (IED) and other antics that are in reality only like dud firecrackers. Like those that deliver only noises, if not whimpers, on Chinese (Lunar) New-Year and other Chinatown celebrations in 2024 and beyond.
