I am fond of using Spanish/Mexican phrases like “Vamos a ver …” It means, “Let’s go and we will see …” Casting modesty aside, some people call me the Filipino wordsmith who has coined so many acronyms.
Seriously, here are the suggested components of a Biden Doctrine for the southern border with the State of Mexico that the Mexican bamboo and moringa proposal will enable Mr. Biden to look like a genius of an environmentalist president.
