Event Details

Filling out the Census is required by Law for anyone in the United States from April 1st to July 31st, no matter the age, nationality, citizenship, education or status. Whether we are residents or visitors, we all need to fill out the Census.

To support the community, NaFFAA is implementing a series of engagement activities aimed at counting every Filipino in the country, beginning with the Census Community Engagement Launch this March 21st. Census begins on April 1st.

As a federation of associations, NaFFAA strives to help build the capacity of Filipino American organizations in order to better serve their communities.

Before the Census program, NaFFAA will also host a Regional Federation Forum, a leadership development summit focused on empowering the Filipino American organizations in the New York tri-State area.

The event will include a representative from the U.S. Census Bureau and will include a diverse mix of community and business leaders, students and young professionals.

It will also feature a reception to encourage networking amongst the attendees.

This event is free and open to the public. Please feel free to extend the invite to family and friends. Refreshments will be served.
