Next Group Run will be hosted by the North Jersey Group at the home of Bill and Erenea.
This time it will be a different kind of fun! We start with an intensive Outdoor Circuit Hit Work-out led by a Professional Trainer. Then we will have lawn games, like Volleyball, Tug-of-War and others.
We cap it off with an outdoor Barbecue Party. Potluck contributions are most welcome!
