Paul tells us in 2 Timothy 2: 9-10, “I am in prison chained like a criminal for preaching about Jesus. I am chained, but the Word of God cannot be chained.”
That is a powerful truth to remember in your journey of following Jesus. We may suffer, be rejected, and be hated for following Jesus. There may be one day that we will face persecution or even be canceled for following Jesus. But the Word of God cannot be chained or canceled.
There is power in the Word of God. Share God’s Word because nothing can stop His Word!
As we go into 2024, commit to reading God’s Word, applying God’s Word to our daily lives, and speaking God’s Word over your life, family, and the people you contact daily.
Remember- Hebrews 4:12
“For the Word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires.”
There is power in God’s Word! So, in 2024, get into God’s Word and allow God’s Word to get into you!
