God’s Word tells us: “He supplies every one of my needs according to His glory in Christ Jesus.” Jesus is all that we need!

God is our Provider! That is a simple saying, but do we really believe that God is our Source and not just our Resource? When we think of God as our Provider, how many times do we think of just material things like money, possessions, and things that we need to make it in this world? But God is so much more than resources. He is the Source of everything we need in life now and for all eternity!

Romans 8:32; “Since He did not spare even His own Son but gave Him up for us all, won’t He also give us everything else?” God knows me and knows what I need in life. I need so many more things that money will never buy in this life.

Think about all the things that God gives to us: You can add to this list but: He gives me life, eternal life, salvation, Holy Spirit, breath, health, protection, purpose for life, provision of all my needs, peace, love, joy, hope, faith, gives me my wife, gives me my children, grandchildren, family, friends, ministry, church, Word of God, assurance, strength to keep on going, and so many more things. Add to the list and watch how praise begins to flow out of your life.

Why should I praise the Lord today? Because He is My Source and not just a Resource! God’s Word tells us: “He supplies every one of my needs according to His glory in Christ Jesus.” Jesus is all that we need!
