How many are thankful for all that Jesus has done and is doing in your life today?

Spiritual life is all about Jesus! Everything good in our lives is because of God’s goodness and grace in our lives! Think about all that the Lord has done in your life, and all that He is doing in and through you today!

1 Corinthians 1: 30-31; “God has united you with Christ Jesus. For our BENEFIT God made Him (Jesus) to be wisdom itself. Christ made US right with God; He made us pure and holy, and freed us from sin. Therefore, as the Scripture says, “If you want to boast, boast only about the Lord.”

What are the benefits that Jesus brings into our lives?

* Jesus makes us right with God the Father! Because of Jesus we can have a relationship with God. This is not about rules and regulations, but about crying out “Abba Father.” We are a part of the family of God!

* Jesus makes us pure! His blood that was shed for me makes me pure and right with God the Father. “If I confess my sins, He is faithful and just to forgive me of all my sins!” What a gift!

* Jesus makes me holy! Because of the work of Jesus on the Cross and the indwelling Holy Spirit, I now have the empowerment and enabling power of the Holy Spirit that makes me holy! “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

* Jesus has freed us from sin! Because of Jesus, He frees me from the power of sin! I no longer have to sin, because “Greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world.”

Everything we have is from Jesus. We have no right to boast about anything that we have done. But let’s boast about Jesus! Let’s lift up the name of Jesus, and tell the story of what Jesus has done in our lives!
