I have decided to follow Jesus. No turning back, no turning back!

In 1 Kings 17-18, we read about a prophet named Elijah. He followed the Lord.

King Ahab was an ungodly king who followed false gods. So there was a gathering of all the people of Israel, 450 prophets of Baal, 400 prophets of Asherah, and the prophet of God, Elijah.

So they all gathered at Mount Carmel for a confrontation to see who the people would serve. 1 Kings 18:21; “And Elijah came near to all the people and said, “How long will you go limping between two different opinions? If the Lord is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him.” And the people did not answer a word!”

Think about that today as the church. How many of us want to cover all the bases and are not willing to stand up as followers of Jesus? We have lost our voice and do not want to stand up and declare that we are followers of Jesus!

Today, we must choose who we are going to serve. I have decided to follow Jesus. No turning back, no turning back!

What will be your decision?
