The gift of the Holy Spirit is available to every single believer. We need the Holy Spirit to empower, enable, and equip us continually.
In the Book of Acts, the followers of Jesus obeyed Jesus’ words, “To go to Jerusalem and wait for the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Acts 2:1; “On the day of Pentecost, ALL the BELIEVERS were meeting together in one place!” We need unity if we want to see God’s presence and power! We see the need for community, and if you are going to have community, it takes unity.
Acts 2:4; “And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages, as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability.”
When the Holy Spirit fills us, there will be an overflow of His Presence, Peace, Power, and Provision for every area of our lives.
We need His Spirit to live a spiritual life! We need the Holy Spirit so that we can be witnesses to our culture today!
Lord, fill me today with Your Spirit so I can be all You want me to be. Fill me with Your Spirit to empower me to do Your Will today!
