We must maintain a willing spirit if we want to see the Lord work and move in our lives! When we lose our willing spirit to cooperate with Jesus, we miss out on all that He wants to do in and through our lives!
In Mark 1: 40-41, “A man with leprosy came and knelt in front of Jesus, begging to be healed. “If you are willing, you can heal me and make me clean,” he said. Moved with compassion, Jesus reached out and touched Him. “I am willing”, he said. Be healed.”
Jesus is willing to touch us, but are we willing to come to Jesus like the leper? Are we still willing? Are we still believing and trusting in the Lord? Are we still open to all that the Lord wants to do in our lives?
Lord, give me a willing Spirit to keep following You! Give me a willing Spirit to believe Your Word and Your Promises for my life! Lord, help me to be willing to do whatever You ask me to do!
Jesus is willing! But am I willing to cooperate with Him?
