God created every single one of us, and we are all different. God created us with gifts, personalities, and talents in our lives to be used for His glory and purpose for our lives. I need to examine myself and see if I am using all the gifts God has placed in me for His Glory and His Will. God did not bless me with all these gifts to use for myself and the world but to give Him the Glory and to point people to Jesus.
Peter tells us in 1 Peter 4: 10-11: “God has given each of you a gift from His great variety of spiritual gifts. USE THEM WELL to serve one another. Do you have the gift of speaking? Then speak as God Himself were speaking through you. Do you have the gift of helping others? Do it with all the strength and energy that God supplies. Then, EVERYTHING YOU DO will bring GLORY TO GOD through Jesus Christ. All glory and power to Him forever and ever! Amen.
I need to examine myself and whether I am using all of the gifts, talents, and abilities God has given me for His Will and Glory. Or am I using them for my comfort, career, and future but not to glorify God?
Lord, help me remember that I am to use every gift for Your Glory and Your Will in all my days and seasons!
