Warning from God’s Word: 1 Corinthians 10:12; “If you think you are standing strong, be careful not to fall.”
In this journey of following Jesus, we need to be careful not to become arrogant, full of pride, and feel that we are holier than others.
In reality, we are weak, fragile, fickle, and mess up continually on the journey! So let’s not rest on our past, positions, and possessions, but let us hold on to Jesus!
God’s Word tells us: “Pride comes before a fall.” We also read, “God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble!
We must heed God’s warning because it is for our benefit!
Lord, help me to walk humbly before You today!
