God is always moving and desiring to do something new in our lives! Without His Spirit, we are always going to be empty spiritually.
Isaiah 44:3-4 tells us, “For I will pour out water to quench your thirst and to irrigate your parched fields. And I will pour out my Spirit on your descendants, and my blessing on your children. They will thrive like water grass, like willows on a riverbank.”
How many of us realize that we need the Holy Spirit because we are spiritually thirsty and parched without Him? Jesus tells us: “Blessed are those who are hungry and thirsty, for I shall fill them.”
We must be hungry and thirsty for the Holy Spirit daily. Without spiritual hunger or thirst, we will not even see the need for the Holy Spirit in our lives.
I need to see my need, but we also need to see the need of children, grandchildren, and our families, and the answer is the Holy Spirit in their lives.
The Holy Spirit is what makes us ALIVE and also to THRIVE! The Holy Spirit will help this generation to be SPIRITUALLY ALIVE AND TO THRIVE IN THE WORLD TODAY!
Lord, I pray for my family that you will fill them with the Holy Spirit and make them SPIRITUALLY ALIVE AND THRIVE! Lord, let your favor and blessing rest on this generation!
