Lord, develop faith in me that on my journey, I will follow You like the three young men in Daniel 3: 16-18
“…we do not need to defend ourselves before you. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God whom we serve is able to save us from your power. BUT even if He doesn’t, we want to make it clear to you, Your Majesty, that we will never serve your gods or worship the gold statue you have set up.”
This is what it means to follow Jesus! We will not give in to the pressures of this culture, but we are entirely committed to the Lord Jesus Christ!
Lord, raise this generation to commit to You and Your Kingdom!
