I am All In for Jesus because He is always with us as His children! We are never alone, abandoned, or left to our own devices! We have the Holy Spirit with us every moment of every day, because we have allowed Jesus into our lives!
Let Psalm 139: 7-12 encourage you today. “I can never escape from Your Spirit! I can never get away from Your Presence! If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the grave, You are there. If I ride the wings of the morning, If I dwell by the farthest oceans, even there Your hand will guide me, and Your strength will support me. I could ask the darkness to his hide me and the light around me to become night – but even in the darkness I cannot hide from You. To You the night shines as bright as day. Darkness and light are the same to You.”
What great confidence and assurance that brings into our lives as followers of Jesus! We have the Holy Spirit living in us to edify, empower, and equip us to live our daily lives.
- I can never escape from the presence of the Holy Spirit. I may rebel and run away from the Lord, like Jonah, but the Lord was there to save Jonah. No matter where you are today, you cannot escape the Lord—He is always there!
- I can never find a place where the Lord will not be. Because wherever I go, He is there because He is in us and with us! What a great assurance that brings to me concerning my unsaved loved ones.
- No matter where I go, He will be there to guide, strengthen, and support me. No matter what you are facing as a follower of Jesus, Jesus is there to guide, strengthen, and support you! “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (today).”
- No matter how dark the culture becomes or how many sinful choices I make, I am thankful that the Lord is not hindered by the darkness because He is the light of the World. Wherever Jesus is, the darkness has to leave!
Today, no matter what you are facing or feeling, God’s Word promises His presence: “I will never leave you or forsake you.” Remind yourself of His presence, peace, healing power, and power in your life today!
