Thanksgiving is a time to share your testimony or story of what the Lord has done in your life. The Lord wants your story to give Him glory! Not only on Thanksgiving but every day.

In Mark 5:1-20, the story is of a demon-possessed man who comes to Jesus for deliverance and healing. Jesus sets this man free and sends the demons into a herd of pigs. As Jesus was leaving, this freed man wanted to get into the boat with Jesus. But what did Jesus tell the man?

Mark 5:19-20: “And he did not permit him, and said to him, ‘Go home to your friends and tell them how much the Lord has done for you.” And he went away and began to proclaim how much Jesus had done for him, and everyone marveled.”

Start telling family and friends your story of what the Lord has done in your life. Tell others how Jesus showed mercy on your life, and now you are a follower of Jesus!

This Thanksgiving, give thanks and Thanksliving to people who come into your life!
