In a tropical country like the Philippines, garden residences are also famous on the beach and mountain top settings. As obviously land is expensive, construction for garden residences in highly urban areas is rare and, if it does, are considerably luxurious, offering such a unique lifestyle.

Few buildings are considered Garden Residences or that which offer abundant greenery from upscale to mid-market developments. There is a lot in the market, from being delivered to still under construction.
