Can you imagine being Joseph and Mary and all that they were willing to do to obey God? They surrendered their entire lives, dreams, and future to follow God! What are we willing to surrender to obey God?
Because they were obedient to God, we received the greatest gift that the world has ever seen. That gift is Jesus! Jesus’ purpose in coming was not to make us religious, good people, so that we can fix our lives. Jesus came to save us from our sins! We are sinners and we needed a Savior!
Do we even stop to think that sin is the main problem, and Jesus is the solution to the problem! We need Jesus to save us from our sin before Christ, and we need Jesus as our Savior every single day!
What a miracle that God has given to us in Jesus that we are saved from all of our sins!
Romans 5:10 – “For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by His life.”
