Romans 14: 7-9; “For we don’t die for ourselves or die for ourselves. If we live, it’s to honor the Lord. And if we die, it’s to honor the Lord. So whether we live or die, we BELONG to the Lord. Christ died and rose again for this very purpose – to be LORD of both the living and the dead.”
As a follower of Jesus, we are to honor God in every area of our life. The big things and the small things: if Jesus is Lord, we will honor Him. In the physical, mental, emotional, relationships, finances, ministry – if Jesus is Lord, then He calls the shots for our lives.
Is Jesus really the Lord of our lives? Have we surrendered our entire lives to King Jesus? He is worthy of it all!
How many remember this song:
“He is Lord, He is Lord, He is risen from the dead, and He is Lord. Every knee shall bow, Every tongue confess, that Jesus Christ is Lord.”
Today, can we sing and live out this song because we have made Jesus Christ not only the Savior of our lives, but the King and Lord of our lives?
