Today – I will tell what the Lord has done, is doing, and will do in my life! If you are going through a difficult time, remember that this is just a season and that God will bring you through it all! I encourage myself today in these verses from Psalm 118: 14-17″
“The Lord is MY STRENGTH and MY SONG; He has given me VICTORY! SONGS OF JOY AND VICTORY are sung in the camp of the godly. The STRONG RIGHT ARM OF THE LORD has done glorious things. The strong right arm of the Lord is raised in triumph. The strong right arm of the Lord has done glorious things. I will not die; instead, I will LIVE TO TELL WHAT THE LORD HAS DONE.”
When you are going through discouraging and difficult times, we need to begin to focus on the way through the struggle, and not focus on the battle. This is where faith, trust and obedience to God’s Word comes into our spiritual lives. We need to act on faith, trust the Lord, and obey His Word to get through difficult times in life!
Today – The Lord is my strength! Today – the Lord is my song! Today – the Lord gives me victory! Start singing songs of joy and victory and watch your faith, trust and obedience increase daily!
