Today, remember this from God’s Word: “If God is for us, who can ever be against us?”

Here is a simple truth that we read in Romans 8:31: “What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?”

What a wonderful assurance to be able to live out in our daily walk with Jesus. If God is for us, who can ever be against us?”

When we realize that, as a Child of God, God is for us, we do not need to be fearful, anxious, worried, or stressed out, nor do we need to try to control things beyond our control. How many of us feel that we always have to control things in life? One of the things that I am realizing, the older I get, is that I really cannot control many things, but I can control my response to things. I need to let go of things that are out of my control!

When you understand Romans 8:31, it takes the stress out of life because I know that “If God is for us, who can ever be against us?” How many of us try to control people and what they think of us, and strive to get the approval of man? My goal must be to please God, and if I am living to please Him, then everything else will line up with His will for my life.

Today, remember this from God’s Word: “If God is for us, who can ever be against us?” Lord, thank You for this wonderful principle!
