In John 4, Jesus goes to Samaria to reach one sinful woman. Jesus does not just talk about love, but He expresses and lives in love. He sits at a well when the woman comes to get water. This woman was about to encounter the Messiah. This was just like any other day, but this day she would meet Jesus.
When we meet Jesus, everything changes! This woman’s destiny was going to change the day she met Jesus. You can read the whole story in John 4: 1-38. The greatest miracle is encountering Jesus and seeing your life changed.
This woman did not understand everything, but Jesus revealed that He is the Messiah.
The woman has this encounter with Jesus. In John 4:28-30; “The woman left her water jar beside the well and ran back to the village, telling everyone, “Come see a man who told me everything I ever did. Could he possibly be the Messiah?” So the people came streaming from the village to see Jesus.”
The greatest evangelists, soul winners, are those who have just had an encounter with Jesus. When your life is changed by Jesus, start telling people that you are different because of your encounter with Jesus!
The greatest miracle is that you are saved, and then the people that you lead to Jesus. When you get saved, that is a miracle, but then God wants you and me to be a part of the miracle by sharing Jesus with others!
“Come see a man that changed my life!” Who will you tell this week about the Jesus who changed you?
